🔗 Partner Pairing Issues

Make sure both partners have the latest version of the app. Invite codes expire after 72 hours — generate a new one if needed. Your partner can also enter the code manually in the app.

🔔 Notification Issues

If you're not receiving notifications, check that notifications are enabled in your device's Settings → Matchvow → Notifications. Also verify your notification preferences in the app's Settings screen.

💳 Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. To cancel or change your plan, go to your device's subscription settings. For billing issues, contact Apple or Google support directly.

🗑️ Delete Account

You can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account in the app, or visit our Account Deletion page.
