Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the Matchvow mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

1. The Service

Matchvow is a mobile application that provides daily questions for couples. Users pair with a partner, answer questions independently, and then reveal each other's answers to explore compatibility.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Matchvow.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• One person may only maintain one active account.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Matchvow offers optional Premium subscriptions managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms:

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All questions, designs, code, and content within Matchvow are owned by us. Your answers remain your own, but you grant us a license to store and process them for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Privacy

Your use of Matchvow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Account Deletion page or app settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Matchvow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Matchvow.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
